Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for quashing the impugned order vide Memo No. 70(Mu), dated 19-12-2015 by the Block Development Officer, Parbatta, Distt. Khagaria whereby and whereunder the petitioner's appointment on the post of Physical Teacher of Middle School, Madhavpur, Parbatta has been cancelled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5888 of 2016 (5) dt.24-07-2018 (ii) For a further direction to the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner to his respective post with due respect and proper compensation.

(iii) For a further direction to the Respondents to pay all pecuniary benefits and unpaid salary to the petitioner of the period when he was in service and as well as coercively and illegally removed from the service.

(iv) For a further direction to the respondents to let the petitioner do his service and job in free and natural way to the best of his potentiality.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Khagaria within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Khagaria within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
