The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 18(c), 27 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 18(c), 21, 22 of the NDPS Act. 146 bottles of cough syrup have been recovered near the cow-shed of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
