1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a Government Servant and has been falsely implicated in the present case being brother-in-law (husband of the sister of the informant's husband), it is also submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that the marriage of the informant with Pappu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32951 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/3 Chaudhary was solemnized in the year 2014 and it is alleged that after marriage the accused persons including the petitioner started torturing her for dowry as they were demanding Rs. 2,00,000/- and a motorcycle and finally she was ousted from her matrimonial home. The learned counsel next submits from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that no specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner and the petitioner being nandosi has been implicated along with his wife in order to coerce the husband and his family members into submission.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection
