Petitioner seeks bail in Revealganj P.S. Case No.363 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 366, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has been recovered and she has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she was kept in the house of this petitioner on the instruction of cousin father-in-law and cousin mother-in-law and brother-in-law. She has not levelled any allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran, in connection with Revealganj P.S. Case No.363 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
