Case no. 63/2014 registered under sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 506, 384/34 of the IPC and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34158 of 2014 (3) dt.27-01-2015 Petitioners are in jail custody on the accusation that they demanded extortion money from the informant. Petitioner in Misc. no. 34158/2014 was caught on the spot.

No doubt, petitioner in Misc. no. 34158/2014 carries criminal antecedent of several cases but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that nothing was recovered from petitioner in Misc. no. 34158/2014.

In course of investigation, independent witnesses vide paras 61 and 62 of the case diary stated that petitioner in Misc. no. 34158/2014 had gone to demand dues from the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul in Triveniganj P.S. Case no. 63/2014.
