Heard learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 and learned APP for the State.

This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 29.05.2015 and the order dated 14.11.2014 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 10(M) of 2012. I have gone through the materials available on record including the impugned orders and I find no infirmity in the impugned orders by which the learned Court below has directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41857 of 2015(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 to pay Rs. 7000 per month as interim maintenance and Rs. 5000 as litigation cost to the O.P. No. 02 who is the wife of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
