The petitioner seeks bail in Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 72/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that informant got information on his mobile from his younger brother that his mother has died at 3:00 A.M. in the morning. Mother of informant was living with his another brother, namely, Rajendra Prasad in the village where she died. The informant alleged that from reliable sources he learnt that his mother has been killed by strangulation by his brother Rajendra Prasad and his son, namely, Pawan Kumar and Pankaj Kumar (Petitioner). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Patna City, in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S.
