Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 09/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner No. 1 has sustained grievous injury and the petitioner No. 2 is the order giver.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 09/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
