The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is under Section 302 of the Indian Penal code and the allegation is of brutally murder the husband of the complainant by sharp cutting weapon and considering that the name of the petitioner figured in the investigation, it would be necessary for the purpose of identification that the petitioner is arrested.

In view thereof, no case for grant of anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11254 of 2021(3) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
