The petitioner seeks bail in Pasraha P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013 registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that on hearing the sound of firing he awoke and saw his father in pool of blood. His mother was also injured. The informant further alleged that on the order of Shambhu Yadav Mithilesh fired on his father and on the order of Janardhan Yadav Ranveer fired on his mother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and there is litigation between the parties from before. The petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2014
