The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Case No. 169C2 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal code and Under Section 9 of the Forest Animal Protection Amendment Law 1972. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case those who were involved in eliminating the Sambhar deer have been granted bail. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has consumed the Mutton of Sambhar deer. Considering the fact that against whom there is allegation of eliminated Sambhar deer have been granted bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65539 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Jamui in connection with Case No. 169C2 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
