2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 13.09.2018 passed in S.T. No. 326/2017, arising out of Complaint Case No.10C/2017, whereby learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Munger has refused the prayer for discharging the petitioner from the charge.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of argument in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70869 of 2018(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 S.T. No. 326/2017, arising out of Complaint Case No. 10C/2017.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
