The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 353, 354, 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is running Nursing Home without any license and proper arrangement. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Allegation is that the petitioner is running Nursing Home without any license. The petitioner is neither the doctor nor he runs Nursing Home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI or successor court, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. case No.396 of 2018.
