2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80758 of 2023 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Yogapatti PS Case No.341 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to death of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in the Court below the petitioners could not know about the grant of anticipatory bail. Further it is submitted that the petitioners belong from very poor section of the society as a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43254 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 result of which also even after getting anticipatory bail, they could not furnish bail bonds in the Court below in terms of the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80758 of 2023. Learned counsel prays that four weeks' further time may be granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below in compliance of order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80758 of 2023.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.80758 of 2023.

4. Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Yogapatti PS Case No.341 of 2023.

5. The application stands allowed.
