The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 319 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case only because he happens to be the agnate of the main accused Prahalad Mahto. It is further submitted that none of the immediate family members, namely, mother, brother or cousin has named the present petitioner in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a government servant and not likely to abscond and will co-operate with the investigation and he shall present himself as and when required

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 319 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
