2. This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 20.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25861 of 2026, whereby the petitioner was granted bail by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the concerned police station has been incorrectly mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 and 7 of the order dated 20.04.2026 as "Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2026", whereas the correct description of the case is "Runisaidpur Excise P.S. Case No. 84 of 2026".

4. Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and upon perusal of the record, it appears that

5. Accordingly, the order dated 20.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25861 of 2026 is hereby modified to the extent that wherever "Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2026" has been mentioned in the impugned order, the same shall be read as "Runisaidpur Excise P.S. Case No. 84 of 2026".

6. Let this correction be treated as part of the original order dated 20.04.2026.

7. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concerned court forthwith to ensure compliance and release of the petitioner, if otherwise not required in any other case.

8. It is made clear that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the impugned order dated 20.04.2026 shall remain unchanged.

9. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed only to the limited extent as indicated herein above. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
