JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. The postmortem report of the deceased goes to show that doctor found the cause of death asphyxia due to hanging. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
