In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 22.08.2014 passed by the S.D.J.M., Hilsa, in Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014 / G.R. No. 891 of 2014, whereby and whereunder he has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offence under Section 498/A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and there is direct allegation against him, hence, this Court does not find any error in the order cognizance. Accordingly, this petition
