Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the allegation of kidnapping to the son of the informant is in the background of the fact that son of the informant had gone along with the petitioner to earn his livelihood and he left the job, therefore, whereabout was unknown for sometime. Subsequently, he came back home. Thereafter a compromise petition has been filed in this case. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31638 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patori Police Station Case No. 25 of 2008, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
