This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 325 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner's prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected by this Court by an order dated 28.02.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10282 of 2020. By filing the present application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. It was mentioned in the order dated 28.02.2020 that the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the charge has yet not been framed. He has further submitted that in similar circumstance, coaccused Jitendra Mahto has been allowed regular bail by an order dated 28.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4185 of 2020

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2019 and a co-accused has been allowed regular bail by this Court, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge, West, Muzaffarpur, in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 325 of 2019.
