1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing against Respondents concerned to the pay the differences of salary accrued petitioners/legal heirs of to the concerned petitioners after fixing the pay scale in view of th Pay revision report 01.04.1997 as w.e.f. well as VIth Pay revision w.e.f. 01.04.2007 in view of Departmental Notification No. 536 dated 25.02.2019 under which employees of Bihar Road Transport Corporation Limited are entitled to get the same but all the petitioners' have retired from the service of Corporation without getting the benefit of Vth and VIth Pay revision regarding which petitioners have represented their claim before Respondent Administrator (Respondent No. 4) but till date valid claim of the petitioners have not been paid. 2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach respondent authorities, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
