The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 469 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. The petitioner was given the charges of documents by his predecessor Panchayat Secretary for which the present case has been lodged. Further submission is that the informant in order to save his own skin from providing information under the Right to Information Act, has maliciously lodged the present case.

No.29967 of 2019(3) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 469 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
