JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.38083 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by three weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 22.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64276 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 granting bail in the aforementioned case, the petitioners were not implicated in any serious nature of offence. Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the order dated 20.09.2015 will remain the same.
