The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Court is not considering the case on merit at all for the reason that petitioner at his leisure has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail when the F.I.R is of the year 2012. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
