2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 169 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with his associate was on their way back home, the petitioner including other miscreants, assaulted them and robbed them of their gold chains. In the process, the petitioner also fired shot, which was dodged by the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

The further submission is that the FIR itself shows that the informant is Mukhiya and due to some dispute, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances and the period of custody which is more than three months, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No. 169 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
