The present petition has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings arising out of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 293 of 2014, dated 05.08.2014, which has been registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 342, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Binod Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner has fairly informed this Court that after the police had submitted the charge-sheet, the case has gone in trial and is pending for taking of evidence.

In that view of the matter, nothing is left in this petition to be adjudicated upon.

The petition has become infructuous.
