JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed a supplementary counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the amount of leave encashment, group insurance, gratuity, G.P.F., arrears of provisional pension, arrears of 1st & 2nd A.C.P., amounting to a sum of Rs. 14,61,907/- (Rupees fourteen lakhs sixty one thousand nine hundred seven), has been paid. It is further submitted that pension amounting to a sum of Rs. 14,175/- per month has been sanctioned vide order dated 20.09.2019.

Having regard to the statement made in the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the respondent State,

Patna High Court CWJC No.13864 of 2017(5) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with a direction that in case the aforesaid amount has not stood paid, the same be paid within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Arwal and the District Magistrate, Arwal, shall not draw their salary.
