2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 06.10.2017 passed by learned ADJ-I-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act, Aurangabad in connection with G.R. No.224 of 2017 arising out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No.126 of 2017 by which cognizance under Section 341, 323, 504, 349 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(r)(3) of SC/ST Act has been taken against the petitioners.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66962 of 2018(4) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 to the petitioner to take all the points as raised in the petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. In view of the above, the present Cr. Misc. Application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for.
