Petitioner apprehends arrest in Rajauli PS Case No. 238 of 2018 registered under Sections 386/34 of the IPC and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case on the alleged recovery of 750 ml of wine from near the Rajauli bus stand. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the seizure is not in accordance with Section 100 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of his arrest or
