This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.29413 of 2018. It has been submitted that the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner was allowed by the aforesaid order but in the last paragraph of said order the name of court "Sri Javed Aslam" was wrongly typed in place of "Sri Juned Alam". This mistake occurred on account of mentioning of the name of court in prayer portion of Cr.Misc.No.29413 of 2018.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.29413 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the name of court "Sri Javed Aslam" shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63552 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 read as "Sri Juned Alam".

Let this order be communicated to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No.10 of 2017.
