Petitioners apprehend arrest in Sheikhpura Police Station Case No 304 of 2016 registered under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 469 of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by Mr Purushottam Jha appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the allegations made in the first information report. Relying upon Annexure 2, the tenancy agreement between the Charitable Trust and the petitioners, he submits that the petitioners' only relation with the Trust is that of landlord and tenant and they have no concern with the Trust.
