It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent State that since the complaint made by the petitioner herein (Annexure-1) has not been received by the concerned Police Station, the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh complaint before the Respondent no. 3, the Officer-in-Charge, Chenari Police Station, Rohtas and the concerned S.H.O. may also be directed to proceed further.
3. On the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to file a fresh complaint before the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.996 of 2023 dt.05-07-2024 2/2 Respondent no. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties, the application is disposed of at this stage itself directing the petitioner to firstly make a fresh complaint before the Respondent No. 3 within a period of three weeks from today and in turn, the respondent no. 3 is also directed to take appropriate action in accordance with the relevant rules and law within an outer limit of further three weeks from the submission of the fresh application.
