The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nagar Town P.S. Case No.626 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1B) (a) and 26 of the Arms Act. Considering the recovery of one country-made loaded pistol from the petitioner and the fact that he is involved in at least six other cases of serious nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application is rejected. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt/production of
