Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other side has obtained the order from this Court without bringing the letter dated 08.01.2014, in which the present petitioner- Sundari Devi, has been shown to the a member of the Trust.

This Court, in the opinion, vide judgment dated 16.02.2017 directed to ensure that the persons, who are working as Teachers and Staffs, must get the salary and the persons who are operating the Bank Account must be verified by the proper authority and the Bank will also ensure that money should be operated by proper persons and directed that those who are entitled to operate the Bank account, they will have to comply all the formalities asked by the Bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that they are not paying the money to the right persons. However, this was not the issue in the writ petitioner, hence, the same cannot be looked into in the present proceeding, inasmuch as, the petitioner is the Member of the Trust has filed this Review Petition, not a single teacher or staff has come forward and made complain that the salary has not been made to him. 5.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find
