====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that his daughter was married to Law Kumar on 14.05.2021, further on account of non fulfillment of dowry demand she was tortured by her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law and for non fulfillment she was killed on 22.09.2021, it is next alleged that accordingly, he reached the place of occurrence and came to know that the family members along with the petitioner had gone to dispose of the body.

No.32775 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioner is not related to the husband of the deceased and is a co-villager and since he is known to the family of the husband of the deceased and is a friend, as such, he has also been implicated in the present case by alleging that informant came to know that the petitioner had also accompanied the accused persons for disposing of the dead body, it is next submitted that father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the husband of the deceased have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 23.09.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17719 of 2022 and the brother-inlaw of the deceased has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 23.09.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16861 of 2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
