The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 201, 120(B) and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and cousin brother of the deceased has lodged the first information report due to mala fide intention. He further submits that the parents of the deceased girl have entered into compromise with the accused persons.

A case under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code cannot be compromised and this Court cannot look into any compromise application. It is also apparent that the accused

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today.
