2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
