The petitioner seeks bail in NTPC P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 20 and 22 of NDPS Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. He has not been apprehended on the spot. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by Co-accused Nitish Kumar in his confessional statement.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let

Case No. 01 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
