2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused carried away wife of the informant from his house for the purpose of marriage and took away Rs. 40,000/- cash and other valuable items.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, husband of the victim and petitioner are known to each other since long and victim herself went with the petitioner because she was being tortured by her husband. Petitioner

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner abducted her and forcibly solemnized marriage.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
