2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 of I.P.C. against the petitioner.

3. As per the report submitted by the learned Trial Court, Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 has already been disposed of on 18.02.2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed as the same became infructuous.
