The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner no.2 to modify the order dated 27.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12146 of 2023 to extend the period of surrender and to correct the name of the petitioner no.2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.2 was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 27.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12146 of 2023, but the name of the petitioner no.2 was wrongly typed as 'Neyal Alam' in the place of 'Neyaj Alam' in the cause title, as such he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time.

No.33531 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the name of the petitioner no.2 at the cause title be read as "Neyaj Alam" instead of 'Neyal Alam' as well as the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.382 of 2022, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran.

The order dated 27.04.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
