The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of "Certiorari" whereby and whereunder for setting a side of the Office Order as Contens. Siwan Ziladesh No-467 of 2026, Gyapank No1124dated-25.03.2026 issued and signature by Superentendent of Police Siwan at Chapra, District-Saran. who has been pleased to dismissed the memo of appeal samitted before the deputy inspector General Saran, Division at Chapra, District-Saran in view of order dated-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7580 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/3 18.12.2025 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Partha Sarthy in CWJC No-18789 of 2025 and further Prayer of aforesaid Petitioner is to command and direct the State respondents herein above who reinstated the above said. Petitioner on the post of Constable with Payment of back Salary with all Consequence benefit there on with interest to him (Annexure-P/8) (ii) For issuance of Command and direct the state respondents to rainstate the petitioner hereinabove on the Post of Constable without brakeage in his service and with all back salary as well as all consequential benefits/monetary benefits with due interest thereon, which the petitioner heroin above is legally entitled to.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled too."

On perusal of the contents of the petition it transpires that an order of dismissal having been passed against the petitioner on 31.8.2020 by the Superintendent of Police, Siwan, the same was challenged by the petitioner in this Court in CWJC no.18789 of 2025, which was disposed of by order dated 18.12.2025 (Annexure P-7), on the petitioner withdrawing the same to prefer an appeal against the said order.

4. It transpires from the records that the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been disposed of by order dated 25.3.2026 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Deputy Inspector

5. Once again the petitioner without preferring a memorial before the Director General of Police, Bihar has filed the instant application.

6. The writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to prefer a memorial before the Director General of Police, Bihar (respondent no.2), which if filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks shall be decided by the respondent no.2 within a period of three months from the date of its filing.

8. The writ application stands disposed of.
