JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 It appears from Annexure-A to the show cause that the Director (Primary Education), Bihar has passed an order as contained in Memo No. 935 dated 04.09.2018 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied with the order as contained in Annexure-A and calls upon this Court to go into the merit of the order and take a view that the order has been passed without application of mind.

This Court is afraid that such indulgence cannot be given by this Court sitting in its contempt jurisdiction. Learned Writ Court has not decided any issue which may be looked into even prima facie by this Court in contempt proceeding. The

Patna High Court MJC No.3893 of 2016(3) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, if so advised, may seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
