The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case no. 151 of 2018, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and other in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and married Nanad of the deceased. Further submission is that after investigation, the Police submitted Chargesheet only against Rakesh Yadav and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32883 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Final Form was submitted against the petitioners and other inlaws, but cognizance has been taken against the petitioners differing with the Final Form. Further submission is that Rakesh Yadav, husband of the deceased, is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
