2. This writ application has been filed for quashing the letter bearing Letter No. 747 dated 06.03.2024 issued by the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (Respondent No. 4) whereby and whereunder orders have been passed to stop the salary of the petitioner till further orders.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of this case, salary of the petitioner has already been paid. However, salary

Patna High Court CWJC No.8390 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 for the month of March, 2024 has yet not been paid.

4. Considering the fact that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter in its extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today, with regard to the grievances of the petitioner which is said to have been remaining till date.

6. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (Respondent No. 4) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
