Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Laheri PS Case No. 464/2017 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner is that he arranged one Pankaj Kumar for appearing at the Matric examination on his behalf. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that two days earlier the admit card of the petitioner was missed and he could not go to appear at the examination.
Considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66908 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 one month from today, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No. 464/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also on the condition that bailors should be the parents of the petitioner.
