Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2018. Name of the petitioner surfaced only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused before the police. The impugned order does not reveal that any substantial material was there against the petitioner in the case diary.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
