Admittedly, the daughter of informant was missing since 25.11.2006 when she was taken away by co-accused Bibi Domini and Bibi Quresha and after six months a skeleton was recovered from a sugar cane field and after that the present case was lodged on the basis of complaint case. So far as, petitioner is concerned, the accusation against him is that he had illicit relation with victim and conspired along with others to alienate the victim Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33970 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No. 40 of 2007.
