1. The Writ petition is filed for the following relief:- That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for issuance of electric connection in favour of the petitioner bearing Thana No. 1, Khata No. 989, Survey Plot No.

1453, 1454 because he bona-fide power holder and the said plot through Power of Attorney given by the real owner of the said land,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12342 of 2017(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 namely, Siya Ram Rai son of Krishna Prasad Rai, resident of Digha, Patna Circle, DistrictPatna.

A detailed counter affidavit was filed by respondent No. 2 contending that the relief sought by the petitioner to supply a new electric connection has already been complied with in light of the order passed in CWJC No. 17571 of 2016. Accordingly, a fresh electric connection was provided to the premises of the petitioner on 12.10.2017 after installation of a new electric meter. Therefore, nothing remains in the Writ petition for further adjudication, as the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
