In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful violation of the order dated 27.08.2014 passed in Criminal Revision No. 806 of 2013.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this case has been decided by the Apex Court in favour of the petitioners.
